Flure Posted February 16, 2015 Share Posted February 16, 2015 I've got a TV that's fed from both a SKYBox and and Apple TV. There's "a box" that both feeds go into that allows me to select which output (Apple TV or SKYBox) to send to the TV. I do this by way of a small RC. (Select SKYBox or Apple TV). I would like to have the set-up such that if I press a button on the SKY controller, the SKY feed appears on the TV and if I press a button on the Apple TV controller, the Apple TV feed appears on the TV. i.e. eliminating the need for the RC for "the box". If you had them both going into your TV that would work. Depends on the set up of your wee box though? (I presume your TV only has 1 HDMI input, hence the need for the box?) That would only work for the first thing that was switched on. The "box" controls the output from it and the telly doesn't care. Tellies are hoors.
