He's also correct that it's up to the Scottish people to make sure that you get what was promised you. Absolutely George, but I fear we won't get them. Just as BT hammered Yes for details on their post-Yes vote plans, and squealed when they didn't get them, there was absolutely no substance to the Three Horsemen and their lackey either.
