in other breaking news.. The Pope is a Catholic.......

The brass neck though to admit to it and state " the normal rules of civil service impartiality did not apply."

... the difference being that the Vatican was not reassuring the public that the Pope was neutral and above all that, he was just an ordinary Christian...

It all comes out now - confirmation of what many thought to be true at the time but shouted down for being paranoid. Absolutely shocking and of course nothing will come of it..............

Exactly, the key point being they denied they were biased at the time, but now reveal normal rules were suspended.

Just like it was denied that the Queen would ever intervene... Until she did. Again normal rules suspended.

And the BBC denied it was biased, while refusing to disassociate from the CBI who were affiliating with Better Together...

All in a good cause!

If the indy ref has done anything it has made explicit the forces ranged against any kind of self determination and / or progressive politics.

Give them credit, at least they never shot anyone.

We're domesticated you just don't know it till you try and move outside your pen. All the telling wouldn't convince folk (i guess why should it) they had to see it for themselves.

Yep. There was no way they were ever going to let us win it even if we did. Welcome to democracy 'british style'.
