weekevie04
This sounds incredibly bitter, but knowing a large number of ex Rugby players all backed and actively did a No vote. Is anyone else not kinda hoping our already poor team gets a pummeling next year and the World Cup too? That sounds terrible, but I can't bare hearing the proud Scots like Andy Nicol, David Sole, and Doddie Weir with his tartan on TV spouting the cliche after lie about how proud they are or belting out Flower of Scotland. EddardStark
My advise is to lay of the loopy juice , have a few days off from the board and read a book. Edited September 20, 2014 by EddardStark
Flora MaDonald
Yes. I'd even support England over them.

The boy makes a valid point, and the British State's Tamb correspondent accuses him of being pished.
Duncan Blackheart
I am not disagreeing with the description of Doddie weir. Andy Nicol seemed ok when I met him. Mind, we were both pished.

I don't. I'll still support Scotland despite how I feel right now. PS Andy Nichol is an ok guy as are many No voters.

Pool Q
Does it mean I don't have to go to another Edinburgh game?
Rossy
The SRU are already a bunch of middle-class, self-serving kqunts with not a clue about what it takes to make Scotland succesful. And the team are utter shite. This year's 6 Nations was an embarrassment. The ex-players who came out to support the Cringers were already a bunch of complete tossers with their heads up the establishments arse. The only good thing that can be said is that none of the current team came out in support of the No campaign, and that the SRU refused to allow Sole, Hastings et al into Murrayfield for their pathetic political photo shoot. For these reasons alone, I may give them another chance. It won't stop them being shite though.

Duncan Blackheart
In the SRU's defence, they wouldn't permit them to use the premises and the photoshoot was just a bunch of ex-players loitering outside the gates in Roseburn Street. weekevie04
You are right, folks. I don't actively follow Rugby or have much of an interest really, I couldn't tell you who was better between Edinburgh or Glasgow at the moment or where either side reached in the European Cup or if that tournament has even began, and I have decided not to focus on negativity or bitterness. It can do your mind no good long term. So good luck to them, but I won't be watching, but I'd rather focus my energy on something else, but I wish them no harm and the lads both no/yes who support them, and warm wishes to you all. irnbruman
I used to go to the old Murrayfield years ago for all the internationals. Since rugby became professional with all the rule changes I'm afraid its like watching paint dry. So for years now Ive not really given a shit about the Scotland rugby team. Knowing that the support are mostly NO voters I'll give even less of a shit. Better off watching proper rugby like Wigan Warrington St Helens , Leeds.
