  1. Took a while for the second email to drop for my son. Though they will be sent out in batches over a good few hours, automated. Whilst technologically it may be better, and I am baffled it has taken this long to get a ticket app on the go etc my biggest issue with it is that it is not ready for production use. All the points are taken from "Test Import" and there are large parts of it that are unstyled, making it look shoddy. I'm presuming these things will be tidied up in due course, and it was just rushed out the door by Secutix to meet the deadline. I wouldn't necessarily lay the blame at the door of the SFA specifically on that one, we've all been promised the world by 3rd party contractors and then let down when it came to the crunch.
  2. You can choose all price points in the ballot, but quantities might be the issue with those ones.
  3. Saw Hungary ticket when I logged in but couldn’t add to basket. In fairness, there’s no way I would have managed to get another for the wee man and I knew chances were slim today so overall not too disappointed. In the ballot again so not all hope is lost.
  4. I'm the same, I can't justify/afford €800 for two football tickets and everything else involved in going. Will start saving for Euro 2028!
  5. Excellent, and apologies for the confusion
  6. I think the issue here is that UEFA are selling the tickets, and the SSC are the "middle man" to a certain extent. How much control the SSC have over the process is hard to say, but my guess is minimal. UEFA dictate the prices and the terms in which each association can sell those tickets. UEFA are selling the tickets through their site, not the SSC so will be fully managing the process and will want their money direct from fans, not via the SSC collecting it and sending it on. The quicker the cash hits their accounts the better. There has been a balls up today for sure, but all UEFA will have done is void the access codes that were assigned to the SSC and generate new ones with a valid start date of 12 tomorrow. The SSC essentially have to do what UEFA tell them.
  7. I just created a new one, no bother. Not sure the email addresses have to match now, I may have been mistaken about that one.
  8. Ah, apologies. I thought I'd seen somewhere that the email used for the UEFA account had to be the same email as the one registered in your SSC Account. My bad.
  9. Not to panic you, but I had that the other day and contacted UEFA about it. They told me that "there was something wrong with my account" and told me to create a new one, which I did. Not sure how that works now with the emails having to match the SSC one though.
  10. Someone at the SFA is clearing their desk as we speak. I'm guessing there was an error in the script used to generate the lists of emails, and they now have to check the lists again. Or they used an old list and generated the emails from that.
  11. Perfect! Thanks, was concerned I missed an email having updated my email address the other day!
  12. The adult can order on behalf of the child, as confirmed in this comment:
