  1. This now becomes our most important game. I felt Gordon's change of plan meant we lost 2 pts on Saturday because I genuinely believe we're a better team than them. Forget the 2 big homies for just now. We need 3 points against Georgia to claw back the advantage one or both (if a draw) Germany and Poland have over us as they play that night. Excited doesn't cover it but full of trepidation for this game, much more so than Saturday. Don't think a draw against Georgia will be enough
  2. I well remember the joy of the home game against Ireland, what a brilliant night. I remember Heysel from the tv but had forgotten until the media reminded me what the score was that night. Football is not worth lives. I love watching Scotland but I won't be attending or watching on tv. I hope you guys do arrange some kind of protest but the Blazers should hang their heads.
  3. It has been reported in the press for months that 100 of people were dying by accidents happening at stadium construction. I'm unsure how long this match has been arranged but I don't think it should have been played. Being so close now, the match will no doubt go ahead. I think the holding up of cards is an attention catching idea or red/black/red/black etc due to the deaths which have already happened. I'm afraid I won't be attending or even watching (which is a huge wrench for me). I think it's a sad indictment on the Blazers who run the National game but as Mr Blatter says 'Money talks!' This isn't politics, it's lives.
