AberdeenAngus
Seen a couple of photos floating around social media it would appear that he could be in some bother. Can't understand why any player would do this to an opponent and especially so after the Suarez incidents. If proven surely a lengthy ban coming his way. scoobydoo
The guy is immensely talented but fatally flawed. No place in the game for folk who go about biting others. Biting, ffs. If its true.
dandydunn
It seems fairly conclusive by the pictures. Although I don't know if this genuine it not. https://twitter.com/greg91mcd/status/602527797601542145

adamntg
Might be a good time for him to sign that extended contract with Unuted. If it's not caught on camera you would think he might get away with it, if he did it.

scot scotland scottish
CLUB STATEMENTMay 25, 2015 In response to reports in today’s media relating to accusations made against Nadir Ciftci, a Dundee United spokesperson said: “Dundee United FC are fully supportive of Nadir Ciftci in relation to allegations reportedly made against him by a Dundee player in the 3-0 derby win on Sunday at Tannadice. “The Club has interviewed Nadir today as the accusation levelled against him is very serious and Dundee United would not condone such behaviour. “The player is both surprised and upset by the accusation and, on discussing the matter in detail, it is clear to us that the player has not been involved in any such incident. In fact we commend Nadir for his tolerance on the field given some quite severe physical and totally unacceptable verbal provocation.”
jock strap
Is this it here ? It doesn't look good that photo considering the accusation made. Any firm evidence of it, ie, photo of him actually doing it, players statements etc ? If he is guilty, then the book should be thrown at him accordingly. Absolutely no place for such incidents in football.

Parklife
Scottish media (and some of the TAMB) in full drama queen mode. The usual nuggets in the media suggesting there is "nothing worse" in football that biting or spitting. Clearly these fuds haven't suffered any knee'high tackles. I thought there was nothing worse than spitting at a "fellow pro". Biting is pretty weird, minging and nips a bit. Although I've been bitten, and I must admit, if I was offered a broken leg, I wouldn't have swapped.
Parklife
Full drama queen mode about a player 'potentially' biting another player ! Who would have thought you would raise a stupid comment. Yeah. It's scummy behaviour but, in my opinion, it's nowhere near as bad as Scott McDonald's elbow (which could actually injure someone) or Steven McManus' "tackle". Lets stick to the topic, rather than bringing your sad little grudge in to every thread

Appreciate that has divided opinion mind you.

I made a response to a silly wee comment from you, purely on the fact that I think biting a fellow professional is disgusting and should be dealt with by serious punishment. If that makes me one of the TAMB drama queens on this subject, so be it. Your opinion to me is irrelevant....as it always is.

Kidding aside I think the McDonald red should've stood, there wasn't a lot in it, and he maybe wasn't aiming for his face, but he knew what he was doing and caught him in the face. I still don't see the fuss with the Mcmanus one. He just clatters into Gow.

adamntg
Is there evidence of Ciftci's bite? Looks circumstantial to me, although why somebody would go to the length of tweeting a picture of a bitten leg if he hadn't, I don't know.
