deecie
Would take him as a replacement for Reynolds.
EddardStark
he will be at Celtic in my opinion. His boyhood heroes.

deecie
So why would Wilson replace him? Because he's better than him.
usainboltyarocket
Would be a very very good player for us.
Pool Q
Must admit didn't see that coming, but then I wasn't aware of the release clause. He presumably has something lined up, it will be interesting to see where his ambitions lie. I'd guess he is aiming a bit higher than anyone in Scotland (other than Celtic I suppose, although if it is them he could have picked a better day), my hunch is he is heading down south again. Maybe a Championship club, where he would get an awful lot more money than he is on at the moment. Find out soon enough. AberdeenAngus
Was there not some speculation linking Celtic with an interest in him recently? No smoke without fire?
Pool Q
Was there not some speculation linking Celtic with an interest in him recently? No smoke without fire? You could well be right, I don't really bother with this sort of stuff in the papers these days.
wembley67lisbon
Would be a very very good player for us. Don't know about that. He's decent. Would take him though as chances are denayer and VVD won't be here next season.
Gala Tartan Army (Borders)
Heard few teams in Germany are interested in him. Think one of his past clubs will rule out going to Parkhead...
RenfrewBlue
Heard few teams in Germany are interested in him. Think one of his past clubs will rule out going to Parkhead...I doubt the fact he played for Rangers will make any difference if Celtic wanted him.The world's a different and better place than the dark ages. Nice cheap alternative to Denayer or VVD and probably as good.
Robroysboy
Think one of his past clubs will rule out going to Parkhead... Heard Danny was " celtic minded", don't know if true? if he can get in the celtic first team get get some CL experience, could be an option for the national team. Yeah he is, not that fussed to be honest, rather we kept ozturk than Wilson. Not seen anything to suggest he will play for scotland again

Fairbairn
His distribution was terrible during the last derby, seems to have went back a bit. He was pish against us at Ibrox as well. Although in saying that I thought he was excellent in the game at the start of the season.

Bold. Edited April 20, 2015 by adamntg
slasher
Haven't seen enough of him to know if this would be a good move. I've only seen 3maybe 4 jambo games and to be honest the fella Ozturk was more of a stand out in them.
Parklife
Agree with the first bit - but Danny Wilson as good as Virgil Van Dijk? Bold. Virgil Van Dijk isn't very good. Although either is Danny Wilson, to be fair.
adamntg
Virgil Van Dijk isn't very good. Although either is Danny Wilson, to be fair. Perhaps. I'm not very good either though, and it's surely a sliding scale?
kumnio
Having never seen you, Id say youre as good as VVD who is the most over rated player since Tom Ince or Aaron Lennon. VVD is a dreadful defender.

VVD is a dreadful defender. He's the new Boumsong. He'll flop massively if an EPL team is daft enough to buy him. Denayer is the best CB at Celtic by a country mile.
