Bristol Killie's Achievements

  1. Another two for Conway at the weekend. Two good finishes.
  2. I've got a season ticket down there and he's come on a lot in the last 6 months. A lot stronger now, holds the ball up well and is a top class finisher. Reminds me a bit of Mo Johnston. I think he's the real deal.
  3. Has anyone seen Mr Inbetween on Disney+? Just finished all 3 series and it was top drawer. Only 30 minute episodes about an Aussie hitman. Really enjoyable and a good bit of humour in it too.
  4. Just finished Mayflies by Andrew O'Hagan. Absolutely brilliant - read it in one night. Read Steelmen last year - thoroughly enjoyed it.
  5. I was a bit late on picking up this thread but I did what you said last week and haven't regretted it. Thank you.
  6. Currently reading and enjoying The Young Team by Graeme Armstrong about a young team set in Airdrie.
  7. So many comparisons can be made with what Clarke did with Killie. The pattern of last night's game especially, solid enough in the first half then much more vibrant and attacking in the second. Always felt at Killie that Clarke spent the first half sussing out the opposition and their weaknesses and then exploiting them in the second.
  8. Just spent a few days hacking up some courses in Cornwall. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Trevose, St.Enodoc (stunning course), Bowood Park and Newquay.
  9. Just had a look at that online. Might give a couple of years. 😬
  10. Haven't played regularly since I left Scotland 20 odd year ago but have just joined Clevedon Golf Club down here. Looking forward to getting into it again.
  11. Talbot coming back with the Junior Cup in 1986. After that Mexico ' 86 and Dundee Utd's run in the EUFA Cup.
  12. If he was better than Hartley and Gow then I stand corrected.
  13. I have it on good authority that he was pish, however I have to admit I never seen him play for City.
  14. Bristol City was a struggle Jonathan Gould, Davie Moyes, Stephen McManus, Jamie McAllister, Scott Murray, Paul Hartley, Gerry Gow, Ralph Milne, Mark Gavin, Joe Jordan, Tom Ritchie
