Independence had no chance without incremental steps of devolution along the way. It works because as we've seen devolution doesn't go backwards or stop. I'm more concerned about a Devo Max referendum than Sturgeon's position on independence. The FFA publicity has been brutal recently and it many ways it's a worse financial position than independence, so will suffer all the same attacks that independence did and more.
