As long as you are checked in all the way through.

Cool. Probably a really stupid question but when you checked in do you mean as like I've checked in online before travelling??

There's a few routes I like the look off. Another one being the Minsk route. I can't find anything for Ukraine though which is disappointing as I fancied a night or so over there

Try a Multi-City booking on KLM..... ie put in UK-Kiev....Kiev-Tbilisi....Tbilisi-UK and you should be able to find something.

Via Minsk and Moscow, unless you get a visa, you can not set foot outside the airport

I booked tonight with Ukraine airlines via Kiev. Out Wednesday lunchtime from Gatwick arrivine at about 11pm. Return Saturday afternoon about 4pm, arriving back in London at 9:30pm. Both have about 1 hour 50 minutes transfer in Kiev.

In 2007 we flew to Kiev the morning after the game and stayed 3 nights there. I booked it through expedia using the multi flights option and wasn't any more expensive.

Outward

Depart Amsterdam 1435 - Arrive Istanbul Gokcen 1955 then, depart Istanbul Gokcen 2340 - Arrive Tbilisi 0305. Both with Pegasus £117 all in.

Return

Depart Tbilisi 0620 - Arrive Kiev 0820 then depart Kiev 0950 - Arrive Amsterdam 1155. Both with UIA £98 all in.

£215 at the minute with flights to and from Amsterdam still to book. Suitable flights with KLM at the minute under £100 but, unsure I should do a night in Amsterdam or not so holding off for now.
