Maq
Only 2 rounds of games to go now. Hertz had the title wrapped up a while ago, and looks like QOTs will get 4th place, as Falkirk have still to play rangers and hibs. Who's going to get 2nd though? Hibs are a point behind rangers, but with a slightly better goal difference. Their last games are: Hibs v Alloa Rangers v Falkirk Falkirk v Hibs Hearts v Rangers Hearts could do Hibs a big favour on the last day, assuming their players aren't already thinking about their summer holidays! What's the deal with the play-offs, have dates been sorted yet? I assume 4th plays 3rd (and I assume it's a home and away fixture) Then the winner of that plays 2nd place, home & away? Then the winner of that plays 2nd bottom of the Premiership, is that right?

Can't see Hibs overhauling Rangers who are playing a Falkirk team with the Cup Final on their minds and a Hearts team who are, as you put it, in holiday mode although they might be motivated by wanting to put on a show for their fans on trophy day. Even at that though, can see Hibs fecking it up at Falkirk.

If both us and Rangers win on Saturday can actually see Hearts doing us a favour and us struggling at Falkirk who have had the better of us this season. Rangers though will have to win both games I think to finish 2nd, so should be interesting.
Parklife
I think Hibs will win both their games. So it really comes down to Hearts vs Rangers. I think Hearts will take at least a point from that game, consigning Rangers to 3rd and a 2 legged tie against QOTS. A QOTS side that have had the upper-hand on Rangers this season... Ra Bears will be concerned.
EddardStark
My guess is Rangers will need to win both remaining games.
Fairbairn
At the moment I can't see us finishing in 2nd place. especially with Hearts at Tynecastle on the last day. I think that recent draw against Livi will prove costly.

Don't get me wrong, I'd rather see Hibs finish 2nd and come back up ahead of Rangers but just think that game a few weeks ago where you had a golden opportunity to bury them will come back to bite you in the playoffs. Rangers were given a huge psychological edge that day, what happened in the previous three Rangers v Hibs games is no longer relevant. Pool Q
I'd have to say that quite a few Hearts players have been on holiday for a few weeks already. Can't see us beating Rangers I the final game.

Derek
So tight at the bottom, with 3 teams all fighting to stay up Got a horrible feeling Livi will win there next two games, meaning squeeky bum time when Cowden visit Alloa on last game of season. Boynze
odd position for the herts, they will be desperate to win the game i reckon, but by doing so could help hibs finish second. i don't think they will lose at home to rangers, and whoever finishes second will end up getting promoted. a rather needlessly convoluted play-off process though. wellyman
Finishing 2nd, 3rd & 4th has no relevance on who goes up as you go from a league format to a cup format , all it means for the 3rd & 4th placed teams is that they have a couple of extra games to play. The best way is to look at the teams who finish 2nd,3rd & 4th and there results against each other, who then has the most points from there head to head games play the team who finish's 11th in the spfl

Fatigue could be a huge factor at this stage of the season.
adamntg
QOTS or Motherwell for me please. Would like Hibs to stay down so United can filch Scott Allan.
