Goozay
What a charming video! Right after the frackar they sing "we're up to our knees..." What decade is this? How can "normal" Rangers fans be associated with that nonsense?

sbcmfc
According to a rangers Facebook page an acquaintance of mine "liked", the police tried to arrest someone for singing, and they stopped them because they are the peepul. (Their words not mine!) Didn't say what he was singing. So rather than stand up to the bigots, they appear to actively protect them? And then huge joy when the police give up. So the peeps are harder than the police!! Let's sing hullo hullo!

johnnie x
Classic case of haud me back, although credit to the boy in the yellow t shirt at 22 seconds who vaults a few rows and falls on his arse as he gets to the action.

silverbear
Stewards tried to eject a guy for being drunk. Police got involved then Union Bears ran down & pulled him back. Guy shouldn't have been allowed into ground drunk. UB shouldn't have got involved. Feel free to make the rest up.

silverbear
Ah that's the answer. Boy on the gates fault for letting the drunk boy in. FFS .If he can stop my wife & ask to search her bag, then yes, he can stop a drunken boy from getting access. 'FFS'.I didn't say it was the answer or anyone's fault. He didn't get drunk inside the ground. If security are checking fans on the way in then surely they can spot someone who's so driunk he has to be ejected? There was conjecture over what happened & I responded.

Going by the reaction inside the ground, what do you think would've happened if the fan had been stopped from going in in the first place? silverbear
Are you condoning the singing of We Are The Billy Boys? No? How did you get to that?I posted what I saw & criticised both the stewards for allowing someone who was evidently drunk & the UBs.
iainmac1
The video clearly shows many fans singing bigoted songs. What happened to clamping down on this? The Rangers should be deducted 10 points as punishment. This will stop it happening again in the future.
silverbear
Going by the reaction inside the ground, what do you think would've happened if the fan had been stopped from going in in the first place?I think it's easier to refuse someone from entry than to eject them when inside. He wasn't with the group of wee neds up the back. From what I could see he was just standing with one other guy. I doubt if he'd have had the intervention of the UBs on entry. It appeared that the UB got involved when the police did. It 'appeared' that he went quietly after the stewards & police spoke to him. There was no need for a few of the youngsters to come charging over seats to grapple with the stewards & police & get involved. I like a drink as much as the next guy but am sick of idiots who get so pished they're a liability. I got knocked over a row of seats at Derby by a so called fellow fan who was do drunk he fell down the stairs. I think there's been enough calamitous events at the football caused by drunken fans. I'm sure you'll agree. (As an aside. We're you in the bar at Dusseldorf airport the day after the game wearing a yellow shirt & jeans sat with another guy)?
