Not quite last minute but was in the last couple of minutes of extra time in a semi final replay. Killie end went mental. 2mins in to the video

Sorry to pull you up but the goal was in normal time. Cheers for posting the clip, I've never seen the celebrations in the stands before, if you zoom in you could probably see me trying not to fall over the top tier railing.

A last gasp winner that always sticks in my mind was by John Henry up at Tannadice a couple of seasons earlier, pretty much kept us up and doomed United to a relegation battle that they lost. Celebrations were mental but we then had to keep a lid on it walking out amongst swarms of angry Arabs. Got into the car and started celebrating again Del & Rodney style...

Thinking of games I've been at - seen quite a few

Dundee Utd 0 Aberdeen 1 - Ian Fleming in the pouring rain

Aberdeen 2 Rangers 1 - Charlie Nicholas

Aberdeen 3 Rangers 2 - Derek Hamilton

Aberdeen 1 Rangers 0 - Hans Gillhaus

Aberdeen 2 Motherwell Timewasters 1 - Scott Severin

Aberdeen 1 Dunfermline - own goal

Hibs 0 Aberdeen 1 - LC semi at Dens when Stuart Kennedy's cross landed in the net at the end of extra time

The 2 Scotland games as mentioned with Beattie and McManus

Let's not forget of course, one of the most important goals in Aberdeen's history...Billy Dodds v Hearts in the 90th minute.

Effectively kept the Dons up, and with the added bonus of relegating United...

In a bizarre way those few weeks are among the best I've had as a fan.

Tynecastle was mental and outwith trophy winning days it is my favourite game. Remember after we scored a boy in front said it would be good if Hibs scored - a few started going mad having thought he said Hibs had scored. 30 seconds later it was bedlam as news of Pat McGinlay's goal at Tannadice came through. The Jambos were not amused at our chanting of Hi-bees. :-))

10,000 Aberdeen fans in Brockville was an experience.

I'm the same but the exact opposite. Those weeks are burned into my mind. There's a picture from the the Daily Rangers of the day Utd lost 3-1 at Brockville which kept us accelerating towards the trapdoor and there's my pus in the middle of it, no a happy chap.

Dundee Utd 1995 the strongest squad ever to be relegated. Maurice Malpas, Dave Bowman, Jim McInally, Craig Brewster, Billy McKinlay, Andy McLaren, Christian Dailly. Beat Mothwerwell 6-1 and Hearts 5-2, never bottom till week 35.

Discuss.

Went to Tynecastle thinking it could be the worst day of my football supporting life and it turned out one of the very best.

Even though we could still have gone down in the remaining 2 games or the play off I think most fans knew that we were staying up.

Had Hearts lost on the last day they would have ended up in the play off.

At that time my socialising was with some big Utd fans and it was strange how we all coped with that time.

Partick were the worst side that year and got 2 ridiculous decisions in a game at Firhill against us to steal a point and they went on to get a few unlikely points from Celtic and Rangers away in the last month.

That was a brilliant day.

We had a massive support up. Jerry Kerr and Shed were all killie.

Brilliant days.

Aberdeen's squad at the time was also ridiculously good.

I've honestly got no idea how United and the Dons managed to finish in the bottom 2 places that year.

No idea.

The Brian Welsh ones reminded me of an equaliser by John Philliben at Tannadice to make it 2-2 in a scottish cup tie around 1994.

I'm sure Brian Welsh scored the winner at a packed out fir park in the replay.

He did. That was the year united finally won the Scottish Cup, stopping back to back rangers trebles.

Motherwell in the 1/4s, the aberdeen game above in the 1/2s, then rangers in the final. After the motherwell game I knew United were going to win the damn thing.
