Stella Artois 1366
I kinda guess the answer to this but I'm gonna ask anyway. There are big polyester saltire flags on ebay for between £7 and £20. Is it acceptable to buy one of these, get the Mrs to sew on some Scottish words then take it along to the matches? Alternatively, for a football flag do you need to pay £150+ for a big fire retardant number? As a sub question, if u own a Scotland flag and where did u get it? If YOU fancy it then it doesn't matter. If you plan on taking it into stadiums make sure it's got a fire safety tag or something like that attached. Barmy army flags, paid 250 for a saltire base 6ft by 4ft with white lettering and another 250 on a centre design ( grounds keeper wullie riping his shirt open) Alot of money, but priceless in myeyes. We got material and took to a local lads who sourced the wording online, it's awesome and totally massive cheap as chips too, no safety ticket but only place we've ever beed told it's not to come in was craven cottage but that was due to a wee shite of a steward rather than anything else!!! You could buy a couple of Dublin home end tickets for that money.
Chesney Hawkes TA
Even if I was a mental case and paid £500 for a flag, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have shared that information with anyone. And definitely not on a message board.
clarky1606
I was £145.00 for 12 x 6ft flag from Barmy Flags to replace the one the Polish decided to steal back in October. Charlie from Barmy Flags is a top guy and seems to be popular with a lot of boys on here.
wanderer
I paid about £160 for a 6 x 4ft flag from Barmy Flags few years back (that inc letters, large lion rampant across middle, flame retarding and safety certificate) As said above, top guy and good company to use. Donegal-lad
Lads genuine question what's this fire retardant number and safety certificate? Reason I ask as have a 3ft x 5ft irish flag that I take to all games and never been asked for either before Also £500 pound for a 6ft x 4ft flag is crazy. The flag we getting in nathan mcseveny memory is 5ft x 20ft and getting it made for 160 (special price it would normally be around 300)

Tartan Bairn
That's our Jimmy Gilmour one in the middle from Barmy Flags. It was lost a few months ago and they just remade it for us. Think it was circa £120-£
