ErsatzThistle
No Anya for Watford today. Would be a big blow if he's out.
1ANDYP
Don't think anya would be a big miss at home, he needs space to run into which he is unlikely to get.i would play dorrans on the left in this game
Bannannan
Anya deserves a start more than almost anyone.
Caledonian Craig
I'd agree Anya would be a loss however I don't think the Robertson/Anya partnership worked too fluently on the left flank V Georgia. Too often both were encroaching on each others space.
Bannannan
Give them time .They could become a big threat. both fast,Anya can dribble Robertson great crosser of the ball.

But the point being both are the same and if Robertson is crossing the ball from the left flank what purpose does Anya serve in that position? Gala Tartan Army (Borders)
Judging by Anya's twitter, he appears to be training so hopefully he is ok.
EvilScotsman
But the point being both are the same and if Robertson is crossing the ball from the left flank what purpose does Anya serve in that position? Anya coming in on his preferred right foot allowing space for Robertson to overlap. That's how I see it, anyway. I kind of agree that he'd be a bigger miss away from home, he's a fantastic outlet when we need to relieve pressure. I'd still start him against Ireland though, assuming he's fit. Ireland will be very wary of giving him too much space, as they are well aware of what he can do, if given space to run in. If they mark him tightly and don't give him too much space, that would likely mean that Coleman, who creates a lot of problems overlapping (and scoring) will not be getting forward as much as he would normally do, and that's got to be a positive for us ! Spot on. He is a massive threat and will likely pin down their whole right side. Defo to start if fit. Gala Tartan Army (Borders)
Anya is back for Watford's game tomorrow, he had dead leg at weekend.
Jagtag
Mulgrew lucky not to get a bad one. Shocking challenge on him and deserved red. I just hope all our players make it through the weekend without any knocks.

Magnum
I saw that Coleman didn't start, and wasn't on the bench, for Everton tonight. I can't find anything about him being injured, but does anyone know different ?
Gala Tartan Army (Borders)
Think Coleman was rested, Martinez tends to rotate when he has a Europa League and Premier League game back to back.

firhillfill
Coleman has a cut to his achilles which needed stitches after the swansea game. Should be back vs Sunderland this weekend so would think he'll be starting. Darren Gibson has been looking decent when playing, Mccarthy has been arguably the best player for everton this season. Not feeling confident about this one. Edited November 7, 2014 by firhillfill

Not feeling confident about this one. I'm wary about this game as well, particularly after the experience of playing Wales when we lost two games we should have won. Two very similar teams, it could come down to who losses the least number of players this weekend.

Eastiebeastie
Ah suspect Watford rested him today. Couple o decent performances v Ireland & England and he can earn them a few bob in January transfer window.
