Otherwise folk will continue to harass and torment without fear. Some of the stuff you see on Twitter is worrying. Absolute weirdos galore. They'll maybe make fun of everyone who has Down's as a group, rather than a specific sufferer. I'd guess that'd make a difference. There have been cases of comedians and so-called celebrities being specific, i.e. Frankie Boyle reference to Katie Price's son and the horrendous publicity-seeking cow who I won't give the pleasure of naming slagging off the Ebola victim from up here.
