Malcolm Bruce had a huge personal vote and losing this, coupled with a nation wide Lib Dem collapse, makes it impossible for them IMO. Traditionally, this seat was fought between the Tories and Lib Dems, but the boundary changes a few years ago introduced housing estates from northern Aberdeen City into the mix.
