We got a decent place via booking.com

If you use the app (I'm using Android) you can book for September 2015 as the Web one is only till August 2015

I've booked 2 twins and an apartment (for the 8 of us) with breakfast in the old town for just over £800 for 4 nights

I have the weather for all the cities I am visiting listed on the weather app on my phone, and few weeks ago was flicking through and was like Glasgow 18C, Dublin 16C, Munich 22C, Krakow 18C, Kyiv 23C..... etc, then Tbilisi 31C :yikes3:

Missed the last game, but was asking someone who has been out there.... seems to be the city is made up of 3 area's.

Most the big name/chain hotels are in the new financial/business district in the west of the city (which was described as "concrete/glass jungle" and would spend most your time in taxi's getting to and from there to the action, as there is nothing there), the area round about Freedom Square (which is the starting point of a long boulevard that runs right through the centre of the city) and the old town across the river.

I have booked a hotel in a area just off Freedom Square, as this was the area I was advised to stay, and most the folk I have spoken to all seem to be in hotels a few minutes walk away from mine.

Got a google map made up and this Hanger place does not seem to be to far off also.

Booked into the King David Hotel, £31 per person per night on booking.com, and it's rated number 6 out of 64 hotels in Tbilisi on Tripadvisor.

No.12 boutique hotel might have been our top choice, but no twin rooms available.

Cheers.

Just booked us into Boutique Hotel Elegant, twin room for £300 for 4 nights, looks decent enough and a good location.

Cant wait to go back to Tbilisi.

I thought there was still a warrant out for you inTiblisi!
