Newryrep
Gents/Ladies quick question about the ground what section was allocated to away fans and could you in theory just walk into it from other sections You may or may not be aware that independent away travellers the equivenent of your 4-10 pointers have been shafted by the FAI for the Glasgow game so much so that I am looking at avoiding dealing with the FAI if I can help it ? While I appreciate not all grounds/locations/fans may be accommodating for various reasons I would venture in 90% of the cases internationally it shouldnt be an issue ( if home tickets can be got)
deecie
There was a shared entrance, and once in home & away fans could freely mingle. There were people checking some tickets, but if you look like an Irish fan, I doubt there'll be any difficulty getting into the Irish end. ULSTERSCOTAS
I think we were G10/11??? North-West end near the station. We got at least G9 to 11 - it could have been more and there were a lot of empty seats throughout which l thought was odd
peever1745
We got at least G9 to 11 - it could have been more and there were a lot of empty seats throughout which l thought was odd The police stopped people getting into the upper level as they said it was too full so put some Scotland fans in the lower level home end.Once you are in nobody really sits where they are meant too anyway. gspain
During Euro2012 you could walk almost anywhere in the stadium and you could move between levels. Easiest way on the upper level to go around was behind the last row of seats. So a Polish person in the home end could walk around and visit their Irish friend in the away section unless security staff prevent them. scottincarlisle
We walked as far as we could round the middle tier without any hassle. Just the usual fans wanting photos.
Craggers
At the friendly in March we walked round to the opposite end of the stadium. Great view for Broony's goal! Seemed to be pretty relaxed last month so I reckon you'll be fine.
