Anyone Know When The Gib Tickets Go On Sale?

Also, will we be able to buy more than one ticket (considering the opposition and the fact that the SFA are doling out free kids tickets).

I'm taking my lad to his first Scotland game. Flying up on the Friday and making a bit of a holiday.

Was the offer for 'extra' tickets not only open to ST holders ?

Probably.

Ho hum. Have to wait to the general sale again. I miss the days where STC members were looked after and sorted out for home games.

I remember our group of 4 STC members got 8 tickets for the Scotland v Holland playoff game.

Sigh.

Just thinking aloud, but with the concern over the attendance of this game, would it not make more sense to make it easier for SSC members to bring friends and family?

Who am I to question the SFA though, I'm no marketing expert.

Was this not the one of the points of the SSC setting up the F&F for low key games like this so members could take non members.

I would imagine you would still get tickets no problem in the public sale.

I think Friends and Family only works if everybody is in the SSC. Not quite there with taking the boy to away games yet.

Yeah, the Friends & Family is for SSC which makes it easier when buying groups of tickets so you can all be say together & tickets purchased at same time!

Would be ideal for a game like this to offer additional tickets but due to numbers in the SSC they wouldn't be able to guarantee everyone the additional ticket if they wanted it, so reckon they will avoid doing so...

The giving out of children tickets, have they not said that there is 10,000 child tickets being given out (sure that was the news at same time as ST holders getting a free N.Ireland ticket)

£42 in the north stand, the SFA moguls were blootered when they decided this pricing structure

My jaw dropped when I saw that price. So to take me and my lad into the North (best view for a wee one), 84 sheets!

PURLEEESE!

The individual match prices for qualifiers were never going to change.

Exactly! The "four match" package was a joke as well because, when you actually look at what they said, it was promoted as buy a THREE MATCH package and get a FREE ticket for Scotland v Northern Ireland, which when you do the maths works out at £40 per game not the £30 people were talking about. Yes it may look like £30 per game for four matches but the pricing DOES NOT INCLUDE Northern Ireland. So all people save is £2 per game!

No chance this game will attract a capacity crowd, even with 10,000 given away.

Don't forget there's 10,000 tickets being given out free to folk who probably couldn't care less about the national team, but as an SSC member, it'll cost me £30 to take my two kids to the game.

The 10,000 thing could have been handled better.

IMO, there should have been the ability for each SSC Member to add a child's ticket to their purchase. Then give the rest away.
