I'd Rather Stick A Nail Through My Foot Than Watch That Again - The Move Forum

I had the unique pleasure last night of watching 2 movies that made me want to stick my head through the TV, they were so mind-bogglingly desperate ;

Noah - Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesus (literally)

and

The Master - Whackeem Feenix plays Whackeem Feenix and leaves you asking.....'what the f*cvk was that all about' ??

Anyone top that ?

Noah is indeed utter pish. The missus and me lasted an hour before giving up on it. Haven't seen The Master but can't stand Joaquin Phoenix so I'm unlikely to.

The wife and me had a WW2 afternoon and just watched Saving Private Ryan and Schindler's List back to back.

Booooooooo! I thought this thread was going to be about Roy Wood's old band...

Any road, whatever you do don't watch The Double under any circumstances - it's one of the dullest films going, to the extent that towards the end there was a pivotal bit where it was important that the viewer at least knew which of the two identical characters was on screen, yet by that stage I was beyond giving a feck. Utterly up its arse and dismal, which is a shame because Richard Ayoade (the director) was great in the IT Crowd and did well with directing Submarine previously.

The Interview

It was bad, mainly due to an awful script and Franco being unable to act, it was too over the top to be good, but it wasn't that bad.

Worst film I've seen so far this year was Noah, I lasted about half an hour of it, it was just terrible on every level.

I just looked at the Wiki page for 'The Master' to see what was going on, and it's obvious that whoever wrote the page didnae understand a f*ck about the movie either.... :lol:

Got told off in the cinema for looking at my phone at the end as it was causing too much light. There were about a dozen folk there but I had the film buff behind me.

There wasn't one good thing about that film. Total .
