No positive mention of Thistle. That high-pitched fud needs the sack and Willie Miller needs to retire. Monotonous chattering about utter pish for 90 minutes. He knows fukk-all about fitba. Aberdeen were poor - lethargic and devoid of ideas. Credit to Thistle they worked their socks off - certainly didn't look like a bottom 6 side today. Rossy Posted April 4, 2015 Share Posted April 4, 2015 I'm pleased with the obsession with Aberdeen. Anyway, the game. Thistle flooded the midfield and succeeded in keeping Aberdeen quiet. They missed 2 guilt-edged chances in the first half. Second half they offered nothing but time-wasting, and had the referee to thank for bizarrely pulling back Hayes for a foul when he was through on the keeper. Pish performance all round from the Dons, mainly due to a daft team selection from Mcinnes. Still, Sneckie drew and United lost, so no damage done at all. 30 games played, and we've only lost 6. We're no world-beaters, but by far the better team today. Scott Fox didn't have one save to make. Clangers was busy all afternoon. Might be relegation for the Dons next season if yer not careful.
