Rab The Crab
Does anyone know what became of their Scotland retro range? I recall a few years back Burtons was full of the stuff and I foolishly never bought the 82 Trackie top which I love. Sports Direct seem to be running down their limited stock and Retro Shirt Haven were planning to do the 86 away top until they had issues with the SFA over the 82 home shirt they reproduced. I've emailed Score Draw themselves a few times but no reply.
EIFA10
This is just a complete guess, but it could be due to copyright issues. I saw a couple of companies selling their own range of retro Scottish tops online, but they will not send to UK addresses.

EIFA10
Have you tried toffs.com ? They are one of the sites that I had a look at before. If you are buying a specific retro shirt (1958 for example), they will not ship within the UK. Buy a general polo shirt with a Scotland logo and it's fine. binobear
www.camporetro.com might be worth a look
Rab The Crab
www.camporetro.com might be worth a lookThey've got a limited amount of the Score Draw shirts as well, very few left. Not the 82 trackie top though. I can only think it must be a copyright/licensing issue with the SFA that stopped production as they were always good sellers.
Geeman
Read the title of this and thought it was a prediction for Friday night! On the subject of the retro tops did purchase the old 60's style one from burtons myself and I too have been looking for another one to add to the collection. Can't believe the irony that companies will sell retro Scorland tops and not send them to Scotland. Big money obviously made selling them to expats

There's money to be made in it for someone.

Rab The Crab
Finally got to the bottom of this. Score Draw still exist and trade but no longer have the license to use the Scotland badge(the current one)JD have sole exclusivity to this. The annoying thing is, JD could produce decent retro gear but all they have is a pretty average 74 style top which isn't any better than the one we got from the travel club last year. Campo have a couple of retro bits available but it features the old style badge.
Malcolm
All the retro shirts i have seen are just not quite right.... Whether its the cut (usually not slim fit enough compared to originals), the material (78 shirts were an airtex type material or nylon woven equivalent that nobody seems to get right but all the bukta and umbro but not adidas tops were made of at the time. The 82 was a nylon top very similar to the preceding adidas tops, again some retro tops have been close but no cigar), or the diamonds or badges - the best inhave seen have been some 78 replicas with good badges and diamond but silky material rather than the rougher nylon.... Ho hum.... I have a few original umbro tops 78 home, 79 away, 82 home and they are just different to the replicas.

FootyWorld
I'll look into this. Some friends and I got together and ordered some stuff from Score Draw a while ago. By the time we all ordered bits and pieces, they threw in free shipping. I could see if it would be worthwhile getting an order sent to Australia, then sending people there jerseys from here. Could be a way of exploiting a loophole. I could have a look at Toffs too, in case anyone wants to order some of the shirts that they don't sell in to UK customers. FootyWorld
True that they're running down the stock, but if a big enough collective order was put in they may be willing to do a small run of gear. I've contacted them to see what the possibilities are.

FootyWorld
So are the 2 retro shirts on JD made by JD then? Can imagine they're no very good. They don't appear to have come from Score Draw, Toffs or any of the other reputed retro brands. The JD site says that a company called Source Lab is making them, who I've not dealt with before. I'm not very impressed with the 1978 shirt they've done, as it isn't even made of cotton mesh like the original shirts were (Score Draw did a mesh version of this shirt, which looked pretty good).
