  1. He played with Rangers as a kid for a couple of years.
  2. A certain Moscow club tried to use the 'freedom of speach' argument for their fans black/bananna display a few years back. It's one of the reasons why its not a 'thing'. Even the anti war banners before the Celtic game had to get special permission.
  3. Point out where in the rule book the word 'intension' comes into play.
  4. I mean.. he is just terrible.. he once gave us a penalty in an old firm when he was looking the other way. he then told Mark Wilson he 'heard it' 9 big calls today, probaby 8 wrong?
  5. Which part of the rules (and the new guidance) makes you think they are different?
  6. Collum should be no where near a top flight game for a long long time.
  7. not soft, just wrong. 'exceptions.... the player's arm is in an already extended when there is no expectation of the ball coming at, or near, the player from a team mate'. The example given is a deflection. anyway we still should have lost 3-0 tonight.
  8. I think this came from one of those mad Celtic blogs. Lord Carloway at paragraph 4 of the judgement on the recalling motion to the intermin inderdict (which the SPFL lost) The petitioners specialise in the sale of new and used cars. They have a longstanding commercial relationship with Rangers. This includes advertisement by Rangers of the petitioners’ business. A written contract has been in existence since June 2015. It was renewed on 17 May 2021. https://www.scotcourts.gov.uk/docs/default-source/cos-general-docs/pdf-docs-for-opinions/2021csih61.pdf?sfvrsn=f0711814_1
  9. I think that was only in relation to the original notice they had to send to the SPFL. Presume they would had needed to, as part of the arbitration. Otherwise I wouldnt think they had an argument.
  10. Had Rangers not done what they did, they would have breached their contract with Parks. The reason the league has this rule is for this exact reason - to avoid clubs breaching existing sponsorship deals. Suspect the SPFL will be on the hook for a rather large amount of legal fees too- considering they seem to have lost at every stage.
  11. First year law student could have told them the same. Chist. Be very interesting to know the insurers position.
  12. Having the massed pipes and drums churn up the pitch for 30 mins pre game, was, in hindsight, awesome shithousery against the better footballing nations.
