tartanrover
Patterson looked very much like a young hutton today. Great runs, goal, assist and seemed to have a lot of time on the ball.

Parklife
Kenny McLean was the best player on the pitch at Tannadice yesterday. He's started the season very impressively.
saintlyscot
Mclean and Shinnie look certain to push for the squad this season. Add in Gms and Armstrong excellent options for Strachan.
Stuart87
Patterson looked very much like a young hutton today. Great runs, goal, assist and seemed to have a lot of time on the ball. Definitely a future Scotland player. I was really impressed with Jamie Walker as well.

hannibal smith
Definitely a future Scotland player. I was really impressed with Jamie Walker as well. Big season for both of them, Paterson in particular has matured so much over the last 12 months

Shinnie should be pushing for a start. McLean got a bit to go yet before a squad call up.....

Yeah, you only get a call-up after 3/4 good games if you play for Celtic. (See Callum McGregor for an example)

Gala Tartan Army (Borders)
Always liked McLean, a midfielder that can score goals is always an absolute find for a team.
Al1978
STV - Could Scotland star Shaun Maloney's MLS adventure be set to come to a quick end? The playmaker is a target for Hull City with the English side submitting an offer to Chicago Fire. You'd rather be in Chicago.

Marky
I loved Kenny McLean at St. Mirren, was gutted when he left and from what little I've seen/heard he is doing pretty good at Aberdeen so far. All that said though, I think he is still a long way short of a Scotland call up.
