Whilst i agree with much of your post especially playing inform players if this doesnt work on the day we seem to struggle to change it.

WGS obviously has agame plan.But as for a plan b i dont think we have the players to implement another dimension to our game.So if its not working from the outset he doesnt have the resources to change the game.
