Pool Q
Pretty much any club has them in amongst their support. I was at the play-off game between Dunfermline and Cowdenbeath last season at East End Park, in the away bit. For some reason the 2 or 3 wheelchair bound Cowdenbeath fans were situated away from the rest of the Cowdenbeath support, near to the corner with the Dunfermline fans. A bunch of wee need scrots in the Dunfermline section were dishing out plenty of abuse to the guys in wheelchairs who, to be fhonest, were giving plenty back from what I could see. brant grebner
Dunfermline is a shite hole. Has a pretty large percentage of arsehole neds too. Every "arsehole ned" I've ever met in Dunfermline was either CSS or "Rangers, never been to Ibrox but I hope to one day" Never met anyone from West Fife who supporter Raith and I did my HND at Adam Smith I blame "Next" and "River Island" And "The Turret" obviously
Parklife
Dunfermline is a shite hole. Says the guy from Renfrew, without a hint of irony Edited September 3, 2015 by Parklife
brant grebner
Says the guy from Renfrew, without a hint of irony Renfrew at least is classed being part of "Greater Glasgow" and gets the attendant public transport network benefits. Dunfermline is part of "Greater Embra" and I've spent the best part of £200 in taxis in the last month. Dunfermline is bonny but it's an isolated shitehole. Parklife
Really? There's no train station but it's well served by numerous buses. If that's the case then it has changed in the last 15 months. The buses to Glasgow pretty much stopped after 8pm IIRC and even during the day were very infrequent.

I don't know if it's something to do with the new hospital opening but McGill's (booooo) seem to have a pretty frequent service from Glasgow to Renfrew that runs quite late and there's also a couple of First buses. I've only been going out that way the last few months so not sure how long it's been in operation.

Also used to run up to midnight but don't know about now. Will be beyond 10pm anyway as they also service BraeheadI have no idea why Parklife has his view but it's nonsense. RenfrewBlue
Says the guy from Renfrew, without a hint of irony I originally come from Linwood and trust me Dunfermline is a shitehole.I lived for 3 years and it felt like a prison sentence. Renfrew is much nicer than either of my previous homes and improved dramatically about 15 months ago but I don't know why? ?

Fairbairn
Linwood . Yep. Lovely place until the car factory shut and turned it into the set of The Walking Dead. I lived in Linwood for about 25 years and it was a fine wee town to grow up in. The ASDA gave it a new lease of life but it spelled the death knell for "The Village" shopping precinct which was then left to rot in disrepair while Tesco spent 15 years deciding if the wanted to build a store or not. During that period it turned in to an absolute shitehole with a real scummy element. I moved out of Linwood in about 2002 and reckon I've been back once since. Don't see any reason why I'd be back but I'm led to believe there's been a lot of investment in the town recently and it's on the up again.
