  1. If driving into central London, which is not recommended for the reasons above, you would also need to pay the congestion charge
  2. Yep. Land at 15.10. Direct coach from Vienna airport to Bratislava takes 1 hour and seems fairly frequent
  3. I would leave minibus at Wembley and take tube into town then back out to match unless you absolutely have to take it in to town. Driving in London is a nightmare and parking (especially all day) is v expensive
  4. Most seem to be 2 hr 46 although there is a "fast" train that takes 2 hr 12. The post-match bus that the other lad is organising is 2 hr 30, I think he said. In summary, for those of us that need to get back to Bratislava, Zilina would be a massive ball ache.
  5. * Skótsko, not kotsko. Hard work doing this on the phone
  6. I know they're not obliged to confirm venue until 3 months before but if anyone else is anxious to know sooner rather than later where in Slovakia the game will be played, you could try sending the Slovakian FA the same email that I sent them (courtesy of google translate). No reply yet but if enough of us pester them, they might just confirm trnava as venue just to get us off their back. To: office@futbalsfz.sk Subject: Slovensko v Skótsko "Vážený pán / pani, Prosím, môžete mi povedať, kde sa bude hrať Skótsko Slovensko dňa 11. októbra 2016? Ďakujem"
  7. Yep, I was keen on this too until I saw there are hardly any boats running in October. Will probably just fly direct to Bratislava now rather than do the cruise / cross-border piss up
  8. Wenceslas square hotel for me, which I think is on Wenceslas square
  9. Thinking of flying out match day. I'm assuming evening ko but does anybody know for sure?
  10. What is it about Kaunas that compels you to visit so regularly?
  11. What are the chances of this happening? If so, home or away? Presumably another non-qualifier. Could a trip to Amsterdam be in the offing?
  12. Good man. Great attitude. I'm going to watch the rugby in the bars of faro this weekend. Rugby eh. There's a sport that doesn't affect my mood. Can't really be bothered with it most of the time though.
  13. Maybe also worth remembering 1-0 v Lithuania in 2003 just to make us feel slightly more optimistic. Kept waking up last night thinking about the Poland game. Nervous times
  14. I've got about the same. All adds up though so please let me know where I should this to. Thanks
