Something so stupid about targeting a group of people simply because they happen to be the same nationality as your 'enemy'. I can just imagine the insanity getting spouted at their debate later tonight... it is all very sad really, grown men running about with knives stealing flags off tourists for being the wrong nationality.

Tartan Wayne,

This was certainly well planned. they knew exactly what they were doing.

On reflection we should have reported to police but we didn't, we just didn't want any trouble as the Ultra's were hanging about and we had kids with us.

Any help in getting our flag back would certainly be appreciated.

if everyone who was at the game were to donate a quid im sure 3500 would cover the loss to replace the flags with the left overs going to tacc, :) also any other ta members who wish to make a donation would be welcome :ok:

perhaps a donation page could be set up by tacc :cheers3:

hope the sfa don't see this they will probably want to mussel in if they smell profit :um-no::angry:

I almost suffered the same fate after the game at the main junction before the bull dog bar.

Guy ran past me and ripped my flag off my shoulder where I had it draped. Was lucky that the wee shirt dropped his mobile phone as he ran away, as he turned back to pick up his phone we were able to grab it, a tug of war resulted in us getting it back. A big thanks to the 2 foot soldiers who helped me getting the flag back.

great work DavyP!!

Our flag was stolen from outside the Bulldog pub and appears in the pictures further back. I will keep an eye on this thread to see if anything materializes.

Icouldnt believe there were scots drinking in the british bulldog pub.

Must have been 55ers.
