PASTA Mick
My one big hard luck story with betting ends with Portugal drawing 0-0 at home against 10-man Albania. The score tonight pleases me.
healyhattrick
A surprise? Played them twice last campaign. ... Probably should've beaten them away from home. At home. ..another couple of minutes in the first half and Ronaldo would've seen red...he had proper lost the plot. Fair play to the Portuguese staff, they calmed him down. ...second half, he completes a hatrick....Portugal won 4-2...and he got applauded when being substituted. We ended up with 9 men IIRC. Portugal do appear to be quite poor in qualifying but always do enough to get there.

Their result tonight just emphasises his impact to an extremely average side

Still, the result gives him and his ego the chance of returning to save the day in their next game.

Hussy09
Ronaldo can't do well in the national games. Everyone knows
flynnyboy
Ronaldo can't do well in the national games. Everyone knows A goal every 2.2 games at international level suggests otherwise. Messi who he is compared with constantly also has a goal every 2.2 games. Talking p1sh I'm afraid.

Messi who he is compared with constantly also has a goal every 2.2 games. Talking p1sh I'm afraid. Being picky, you could say that Messi very rarely gets to play against teams as poor as the tiny nations of Europe e.g. Andorra/Azerbaijan, whereas Portugal are virtually guaranteed one of them in every qualifying group. It is being very picky though!
