ronaldhinos dentist
Milliband said today that creating devolution for England should take time and not be done on the back of a fag packet. Oh really Ed? But it's okay to cobble together a last minute package for Scotland?

Haggis_trap
Incidentally : David Cameron has played a clever tactical game in this whole event.1) He let Labour do the dirty "project fear" work during the referendum whilst remaining at arms length from Scotland himself.2) Since the NO vote he has snookered Labour with his immediate promise for giving Scotland further powers. His proposal will mean that Scottish (i,e Labour MPs) can't vote on English issues. Clearly this will reduces the Labour party influence. However if Labour are seen to be going back on the "vows" then Scotland will be enraged.3) He can now remove the Barnett formula by giving Scotland some (limited) tax raising powers whilst still keeping the north sea oil revenues.4) There is also a rapid timetable agreed-ed which means all of this must happen in next 6 month whilst on Tory watch. Not bad for a weeks work.... Not bad for a weeks work.... Or it could be the work of Osborne? He's been described as a strategist - comparable with Salmond. He could have been thinking up some of this while Cameron was sweating, buzzing up and down to Scotland and giving 'empty threats and empty promises'

Oh really Ed? But it's okay to cobble together a last minute package for Scotland? Really funny, just seen on the papers review on tv, the reviewers getting flustered about what just happened on the "Devo Max" pledge.. they are implying the devo offer/vow was all a waste of time as it was just a rogue poll - as if they needn't have bothered anyway... oh yes and also the ady is saying, outraged, who does he think he is, this Gordon Brown ex prime minister guy, what right does he have to go around making promised??? Yeah, just like we were all saying at the time, while the BBC and London political commentators were all gushing about how GB was saving the Union... ...and the guy has just said Scots MPs only influenced 21 out of 3000 laws...
